1. About Us

This website is operated by Shenzhen Biosled Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of smart LED travel equipment (LED backpacks, riding gear and related products) under the LOY brand, and an OEM/ODM partner for global buyers.

2. Orders & Quotations

• Retail / sample orders (small quantities) can be placed directly through the website checkout.

• Wholesale orders (bulk quantities) are quotation-based. Prices for bulk orders are provided by quotation; each quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pcs per style. Mixed orders below the MOQ are quoted separately.

3. Pricing, Shipping & Taxes

• Product prices do not include shipping costs, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

• Products fulfilled from our EU warehouse in Poland typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times depend on product availability and fulfillment location. Wholesale lead times are confirmed at quotation.
  

• Wholesale shipments follow the shipping terms, costs and trade terms stated in the Proforma Invoice agreed with you.

• Applicable taxes and duties, where relevant, are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Custom (OEM/ODM) Projects

• Customization requirements, artwork approval, deposit and delivery terms are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice before production.

• Production begins only after your written (including email) confirmation of artwork and specifications.

5. Intellectual Property

• The LOY brand, product designs and technologies, including the patented GTX series design, are protected by applicable trademark and design patent rights in China and the EU. These rights are registered in the name of Shenzhen Biosled Technology Co., Ltd. or other respective registered rights holders, as applicable.

• Reproduction of product designs, images or content from this site without written permission is prohibited.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by a 12-month limited commercial warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees applicable under local law. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or improper storage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, and failing that, by arbitration or the competent court in Shenzhen. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
